All our workshops and programmes are designed on a highly interactive experiential method. Attendees will get involved in group activities, debate, 1:1 discussion, feedback and self-reflection. New skills are embedded through role play, case studies and group scenarios - aligned specifically to your organisational goals and current marketplace challenges.

We encourage attendees to bring practical and relevant examples to the workshops. During the pre-workshop design, we engage with stakeholders to gain insight on relevant topics and case studies which we can use as a basis for practice sessions.

We aim to provide one facilitator for every 10 - 12 attendees to ensure everyone can maximise contact and gain insight from programme facilitators during our sessions.
